Referred to as “The Jewel” or more aptly, ‘The Swamp”, depending on the season. Golf in Neskowin is a wonderful experience. Each winter, the golf course is overtaken by rain water, each summer it dries out. Depending on the year, the length and direction of the holes may change but this, surprisingly challenging, course is always a ton of fun. Surrounded by beautiful hills, with plenty of water hazards, you will enjoy the 9 hole course. The 7th hole offers an alternative ‘high tee’ dropping into a short par three across a small creek.

Located a very short walk from the cottage, the golf course is a great place to spend an afternoon.

Originally opened in the 1930's, the golf course has been a place to gather and enjoy! A labor of love, with a small staff and many volunteers who work tirelessly to keep this place alive. Call or walk to the clubhouse to see what events they have planned! Wine tasting, bocce ball, foot golf, trivia and many other social events take place during the seasonal months that the course is open.
