This is one of the top restaurants in Top Chef host Tom Colicchio's culinary empire. Nestled adjacent to the twin triangular towers in Century City, this is a foodie nirvana. The farm to table concept is played off here. The way to go is to order lots of different small plates so you can try a little bit of everything. It's not cheap, reservations are encouraged, but trust me, it's worth it.
