Every location independent entrepreneur and remote worker knows they need to figure out a 'home base' address for all of your mail, your packages, and the like. It's one of the first things I look for in every new city I move to. This is my mailbox place. I *LOVE* these guys! The Kelly's (Mr. Sheldon, and his son, Khalief) take good care of me and my packages, especially when I'm on the road. Their prices are reasonable, and they also offer copy print services, and free wifi if you need to knock out some work or a few emails while shipping of your UPS/FEDEX package. Bonus - there's a little cafe *in the building*. 100 copies, AND an iced latte? Winning!

Great little coffee and snack shop around the corner where you can also get things shipped, other business services and a little work done.
