Signposted with trails leading to small beaches along Darwin's waterfront. Interesting. Lots of birds.

Bicentennial Park (the Esplanade) runs the length of Darwin's waterfront and Lameroo Beach: a sheltered cove popular in the '20s when it housed the saltwater baths, and traditionally a Larrakia camp area. Shaded by tropical trees, the park is an excellent place to stroll.

Situated along The Esplanade in Darwin’s CBD. The area has numerous War Memorials and is a location for numerous festivals during the year including the Festival of Darwin and the Greek Glenti.
