SUP Cape Town has a clubhouse located on the canal next to the V&A Waterfront. Learn how to Stand Up Paddle (SUP) with an intro lesson or rent a board for use on the canal. Fun for everyone! They also rent boards from the One and Only Hotel and on Clifton 4th Beach during Summer. www.supcapetown.co.za
