Adding this to the list as it really is an institution in China town. My family has been going there for 30+ years and it is classic Cantonese food and great time. Yes, it is in a quasi/english basement but the food is phenomenal.

Secret hole in the wall Chinese food restaurant. Would recommend only after a LATE night :D

Try the lobster scallion dish. Open until 2am. In the lower level of a building. Very authentically Chinese restaurant, as you will notice upon arrival.

My go-to Cantonese style Chinese restaurant in Chinatown. Try the ginger scallion lobster - it's the best!
