Authentic Mediterranean cuisine, strongly inspired by tradition of Italian cuisine: homemade pastas, knife chopped Fassona beef from Piedmont, buffalo mozzarella, without skipping the products of the Deli Counter that offers Italian hams, salami and cheeses and foreign products such as Scottish salmon "Lock Fine", French foie gras and oysters.
