A lakeside steam-train journey that is charming old-fashioned fun for everyone.

We loved this trip - wrap up warm on a cold day though as the carriages are not heated! Steam trains are the best (the kid in me can't resist adding 'Choo Choo!' )

A lovely day out for the whole family, fantastic views, nice history without the effort of getting to the top of the hill under you're own steam.

The Brecon Mountain Railway (Rheilffordd Mynydd Brycheiniog) is a narrow gauge tourist railway on the south side of the Brecon Beacons. It climbs northwards from Pant along the full length of the Pontsticill Reservoir with great views
