When you think of bread in Quito, Corfú is top of mind. It is a staple of Quito which many Ecuadorians from other provinces have on their must-eat checklist when visiting the capital. They are famous for their seasonal “guaguas de pan” and “colada morada.” If you love bread, you must visit this place.
