The trail begins from the neighbourhood Boyana. The hike is 2-3hours to the waterfalls and it is magnificent.

An amazing view opens up from there once you reach the waterfall. There are no crowds during the week and it is a very pleasant trek in the forest. If you want to save some time you can do the trek from the TV tower called Kopitoto.

Boyana Waterfall is the largest waterfall in the Bulgarian Vitosha mountain, with a height of 25 meters.
