Desmond Castle is a tower house located in the town of Kinsale, served many uses over the hundreds of years from a private dwelling, jail and now open to the public for touring with a wine museum. Located in the centre of Kinsale, worth a viewing!

Desmond Castle is rich in ancient history. It is now the wine mueum telling the story of the Wine Geese" the emigrant Irish families who became involved in the wine trade in various countries throughout the world.
