Impressive massive underground construction, connecting 95 blocks 20 feet below Houston's downtown streets.

Downtown Houston has an underground tunnel scene filled with restaraunts, including some Houston's finest, all suitably set up for the downtown lunch crowd. Its worth googling and exploring. I don't know if much is open on the weekends.

Amazing tunnel system in downtown Houston. With shops and restaurants! Great to walk through for miles on a rainy day!
