An education centre where children and adults can learn about the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe. It’s home to a number of rescued Rothschild’s, who live on the grounds and who you can feed by stepping up onto a high platform. It’s hours of fun for kids. It’s great to have this interaction and learn about their personalities—they’re very aloof! The Giraffe Centre is about a 10-minute drive away from the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, so you can combine the two in one morning. I’d recommend going to see the giraffes before the elephants, as the Giraffe Centre can get busy in the afternoons.

We are famous for our wildlife, so if you can't make it to the masai mara, giraffe center is 20km away from you.
Very interesting journey with these gentle giants where you will discover their gentle nature and behaviors. Highly recommended.
Get up close and personal with a giraffe, feed, selfies and even 💋 a giraffe as well as learning from the guides a short Uber trip.
The giraffes are such a beauty. At the giraffe centre you get to see them, feed them. U should visit here!
At the Giraffe centre you can feed Rothschild giraffes under the supervision of keepers. The center has rescued, hand-reared and released around 500 orphaned giraffes back into the wild since opening in 1979. This attraction offers opportunities to feed the endangered Rothschild's giraffe by hand…

“If you are looking for some unique souvenirs and gifts for family and friends, the Kazuri Beads Factory is a great place to shop and help out disadvantaged local women at the same time. Kazuri means "small and beautiful" in Swahili, and these shiny, brightly-colored beads surely fit the bill. Join a free factory tour and see how local women, including many single mothers, make the beads and other pottery items from scratch. After the tour, you can purchase some to take with you, knowing you are purchasing from a World Fair Trade Organization member. Prices are relatively reasonable. This is a great tour to combine with a visit to the Karen Blixen Museum, as the factory lies right nearby.”
