I've never done this but I can't imagine it's anything less than awesome. If nothing else, grab one of our bikes and hit river bike trail, tons of cool stuff in Frogtown and interesting people cruising around.

The Glendale Narrows is the most beautiful part of the LA River, and will soon be an incredible revitalization project undertaken by federal, state and local agencies.
