The park has a children's playground, artesian well, new street furniture and a special space for chess players. The statues of Nicolae Titulescu, Cincinat Pavelescu and Şt. Joseph. It is located in the old town.
Central Park of Brasov, dating from around 1885, was originally a vacant lot of the right and left of the Customs Gate, the place where the carts with merchandise of villagers who came to the fair in the city would withdraw. The park was the promenade of the youth during the week. Sunday after lunch was reserved for workers and servants, who received free time from masters. In time, the area was transformed into what is now Central or Titulescu Park.
