Clowes Hall is a strong part of the culture at Butler University. The Nutcracker ballet by the Butler Ballet is phenomenal if you have the chance to grab tickets in the winter months. Other events include Broadway touring shows, Butler Visiting Writers Series, concerts, stand-up comedy shows, and more.

Clowes and Shrott next door always have concerts, theatre, national speakers. Butler often hosts free events around authors, too. You can find MOST events on Butler Arts web page. Easy walk from house.
