331 Cortland Marketplace is a collection of small pop-up style restaurants and food vendors that share a storefront space. Good spot for lunch.

There are up to five start-up lunch food stalls in one location. Last time it included both Thai and Eastern European and more. The New York Times wrote a profile of this place on May 7, 2010.

Three restaurants inside of one storefront: Middle Eastern/Israeli, Thai food, and Jamaican food. I often get food to go and walk to Holly Park to eat it on a bench!
