This is one of the best beef in the world that you can’t miss when you visit Kobe. Kobe beef comes from Tajima strain of wage castle in Hyogo prefecture. Kobe beef can be served as shabu-shabu, teppanyaki, Sashimi, sukiyaki and steak.
