The Friends Beach Bar has a relaxed vibe. To get there turn left into the sand dunes at about the same point as Lidl Supermarket. You can rent windsurfs and SUPS by the hour. It is free to park in the sand dunes behind and to use the sun loungers and umbrellas. The bar serves drinks and snacks. It is very easy to walk along the beach into Iraklitsa to have a nice lunch in a taverna after a day of swimming. If you are up for a new type of coffee. Order a frappe - it is an iced coffee that has been made frothy and it is a very classic drink in Greece. Nea Iraklitsa is famous for its Loukamades (which are greek donuts served with honey and cinnamon)
