Northbridge is Perth's restaurant area, a short walk from the city centre you will find many restaurants and cuisines, coffee shops and night time entertainment. Safe but busy at night with many people out on the town.

Where you'll find most of the late night clubs & bars here. Plus a very small Chinatown & the cultural centre. It's a lively spot once the sun goes down & like most inner city places attracts the wrong sort of people. It's safe compared to many large city centres around the world but best keep an eye out all the same. There are some good bars & Asian food places here.

Northbridge is close to train station and joined to Perth by Yagan Square. Here you can find the history of Western Australia and also has many coffee shops and restaurants.
