This place is the real deal in BBQ. The most tender and flavorful brisket I've ever eaten! Casual atmosphere in historic Old Town Spring! A must-go place to stop and eat in this area! But get there early - when it's gone, it's gone! Open 11-4 Wednesday through Saturdays!

CorkScrew BBQ has been featured in many lists as Houston's top 10 BBQ. I would recommend ordering online to skip the line! Even during the weekday the line can get pretty long. Plan to come for lunch. They are out of meat before they close :)

Saw this also on Food Network and can honestly vouch for their brisket and ribs! Go here and cross this off your bucket list! Amazing place with super amazing food. Get there early to make sure you have a chance to sample this fantabulous BBQ! You will NOT regret it. 'Nuff said!
