The food is good and the view amazing. You need to book and they often have a wedding on Saturday Also try Café 1830 at the Port Arthur Site and again make sure you book ahead, The Fish Pie is highly recommended

"On the Bay" at Stewarts Bay Lodge is Port Arthur's only fully liscenced waterfront restaurant. It's delicious cuisine includes fresh local seafood complemented by a specially selected Tasmanian wine list. "On the Bay" is fully air conditioned and has two log fires for all year comfort. Part of the Stewarts Bay Lodge property, the "On The Bay" restaurant is a fine place to sit back, relax and enjoy a drink from the bar with a fabulous meal.

A fabulous restaurant with great seafood included in the menu. Beautiful outlook over Stewart's Bay.
