Small beach with a cove that is somewhat protected. What is unique about it is the rock formation that is a “cave” (really more of an overhang), where goldondrinas (which is a bird like the barn swallow) use for nesting.

Manati has a few beaches that are awesome. This and the Mar Chiquita beach are awesome. It is a bit of a drive but a must see.

From what ive heard is quite the hike but you get to see a turquoise pool inside the cave. Be aware of the currents inside the cave. Preferable go in low tide.

A 5–10-minute walk leads you to this cave formation of solid sand, with a small beach nearby. This natural wonder serves as a home to swallows and bats during different seasons of the year.
