If you don’t like waves, this is a nice place to swim. Also, you can swim in a special cordoned off area! My children enjoyed many lazy afternoons/days here with a park nearby where you can take your sausages or meat patties to cook. We have lots of gas cooktops that are easy to use. Remember to take foil which you can put on top of these and then cook (ask me directly if you’re not sure what I mean 😊). Any of our supermarkets have ready to go salads and voila! You have a bbq meal ready to go for the family. There is a few km walking footpath along the beach too from here and nearby cafes and ice cream shops if you’d rather not cook!

Situated along The Esplanade at Paradise Point, Paradise Point Parklands are the perfect location for a stroll, picnic, fun in the playground or to simply relax overlooking the water. The amazing views make this one of the most beautiful parks on the Gold Coast. The winding walkway through the Parklands provides a great way to start exploring the many features on offer.

World class waterfront parklands just a hop, skip and jump away. At the end of the street you'll find shady trees, bbq's, walking and cycling tracks, cool calm water and a swimming enclosure. If you're feeling energetic - why not take part in the Saturday morning ParkRun. This place has everything, including - the village/cafe life. There are cafe's galore and a stunning range of restaurants including Japanese, Thai, Seafood and the famous Billy's Chicken Carvery (best roast & gravy rolls ever!), plus ice cream and gelato...Yum!

Lovely little swimming enclosure and parklands....and if you are lucky dolphins can often be spotted in the Broadwater.
