Sesimbra has beautiful city beaches with quiet water. The water is kids friendly. You will find a wide selection of restaurants. The castle is interesting to visit. Sesimbra is easy accessible and with lots of parking possibilities.

Located in the Bay of Sesimbra, Praia do Ouro (Gold Beach) generally presents a very calm and sandy sea with little slope, without shallows, which makes it ideal for families and children. Although probably very packed during summer months, this is a great beach for families, with its calm sea and lots of restaurant options available in the village.
