Awesome bird's eye view of the city. There are picnic tables here so you can grab take out and eat on top of the world.

This is a great little park for a quick picnic that is a 5 minute drive. It is on a hill that provides a great view of most of Warren. A mile up Liberty Street Extension, entrance is on the left
