William Arnold, from whom Williamstown gets its name, was a Revolutionary War Veteran who settled in the area in the 18th century and gave land to make Williamstown the county seat of Grant County, KY. This period-correct log cabin is where he lived and is preserved with historical artifacts. A group of local volunteers run it and are very knowledgeable and friendly!
