Hidden from the sight of random passers-by, right on the Danube shore, the Wide Path restaurant is an empire of delicious river fish with barbecue, good wine, music and a good mood. The restaurant has been in existence for over forty years. The interior of the restaurant has retained its authentic appearance in commemoration of some past, happy times. You can reach this oasis of peace in Zemun by turning from Cara Dusana Street to the Danube River, crossing Pregravica and walking along the paved alley in the forest, to the stairs on the right, where a fish restaurant "Broad Path" is tucked in the green. This place is known for its very relaxed atmosphere, which is enjoyed by all lovers of the Danube and nature, ordinary people, but also entertainers, actors, artists, young and old. The view of the Danube from the restaurant terrace is a story in itself and a new experience every time. Winter evenings in a cozy and warm atmosphere, with music and a crackling fire in the fireplace are a cure for the soul. Thanks to the ideal location, right on the Danube shore, the restaurant is known for its always fresh offer of river fish, among which specialties include perch, carp, catfish and grilled kebab, with the addition of cooked potatoes and chard. A specialty of the restaurant is the fish stew that is cooked daily from the highest quality river fish. In the winter, they also use smoked carp and trout that they personally smoke. The salads are seasonal, in the summer they serve tomatoes, potato salad, shopska, and in winter sweet and hot roasted peppers and homemade sauerkraut. The most commonly used beverages are home-made Irig wine and brandy: pear, grape, plum, apricot, quince and mead, at affordable prices. For the sweetest finish of your meal, we recommend homemade baklava and party. Visit our oasis of peace and enjoy superb and fresh food as well as homemade drinks. Once you smell the Danube and hear the most beautiful sounds of nature, far from the city noise and bustle, you will know that you have found a place you will always want to return to

If you are a river (sea) food lover like I am, welcome to my spot. Away from city noise, by the river, with great views on it. Peaceful and quiet, authentic and charming. Great warm interior with fireplace and fishnets that you will love. They have very nice garden terrace if you go on sunny days. And food? Unearthly! Perch, catfish, sturgeon, carp... and homemade white wine! Perfect. They also have live traditional music with ordering possibility on some nights.
