NEW BRAUNFELS - LOVE! We almost hate to recommend this place so we can keep it all to ourselves! Quaint little 'speakeasy' atmosphere in Historic Downtown New Braunfels. It's our new 'Go To' for a date night when in town.

Sidecar – by far one of my favorite places in town. Step back in time at the Sidecar and listen to some jazz under Edison lighting and surrounded by decorations from antiquity – speakeasy style. There’s a great wine selection, well-made cocktails and an entirely different atmosphere from the other pubs in town. This is where people coming out of the opera house or the Brauntex go while all dressed up in evening wear, so it’s a bit more upper-scale.
