Organic and zero km. The idea is that Pistachio Green can eliminate the cliché that organic is synonymous with expensive. We try to propose menus (from the bar to the restaurant one) that are within everyone's reach. "And judging by the results we can say that they have succeeded. Squaring the circle is the formula for a single course at a fixed price which includes entrance (the same for all), a main course (of your choice) and a side dish. A formula that also allows you to better manage the availability of raw materials: "Bio does not just mean avoiding pesticides. It also means respecting the land and its seasonality ", comments Camilla, owner and chef. Obviously there is the possibility to individually choose all the desired courses for lunch or dinner, such as cod or chickpea burger, meatballs with cheese and egg or even turkey skewers and vegan moussaka, as well as drinking with, wines, cocktails prepared by Raffaele and craft beers (Italian, with some "concessions" abroad).

Nice veg-veg bistro (vegetarian-vegan) in the Ostiense neighborhood (20-25 minute walk from home); most of products are organic. Good wines, fair prices, friendly service and good food. Call to reserve: the place is small and very popular
