Avec ses prix stratosphériques, son menu classique et son service à l'ombre de la prétention, Hy's s'inscrit dans la grande tradition des steakhouses britanniques. Notre "filet mignon Châteaubriand" était cuit à la perfection et l'Apple Crumble et le Key Lime Pie à la Hy's sont biens. Astuce pour les fans de hockey: les Jets s'y abreuvent et donnent volontiers des autographes! *********************************** This bastion of high-brow British cuisine features stratospheric prices, a carnivore-centric menu and wannabe pretention (this is Winnipeg, after all). For hockey fans, the real draw of Hy's is a chance encounter with Jets players. For us, it was the Châteaubriand!
