If you go to the center of Trieste, buffet Gildo at lunchtime is a must. You can eat a mixture of Trieste's typical food served on the menu of the day. Cheap :)

Se si passa al centro di Trieste, un salto da Gildo all'ora di pranzo è d'obbligo. Si può mangiare un misto di fritti e polpette, bollito triestino, panini o ci si può sedere al tavolo per farsi servire il menù del giorno.
